Before you buy

Credit pays the full price of services and rituals on any day. It cannot be combined with the 20% online discount, AED 350 package, promo codes or any other offer.
Your card is valid for six months from purchase. Any remaining credit expires at the end of that period.
The card is personal, non-refundable and non-transferable. Only you and companions registered by name and number may use it.
If credit does not cover your visit, pay the difference at full price online or at the spa by cash or card.
Tips are separate and cannot be paid from card credit.
You may pay for guests joining you on the same visit.
Registered companions can use credit on independent visits. Each use is notified to your registered WhatsApp and email.
An expiry reminder is sent 14 days before expiry, according to your reminder messaging consent.
